Second, I did the Career Value Test…

Pzah, the thing you value most in your career is . . .

Learning and Development!

You will prefer a work environment where you can develop both personally and professionally. You enjoy learning new skills and expanding your expertise. You will be satisfied working in an organization where there is a culture of life-long learning, where there are constant challenges and where you can have an opportunity to develop new skills. You may not like working where you are not encouraged to develop and grow. Your personal and career development is very important to you and you will prefer to work in a job where this can be enhanced.

Okay… here is Part 1. The career quiz.

People with green Interests like job responsibilities and occupations that involve persuasion, sales, promotions, and group or personal contact. People with green Interests enjoy activities that include: motivating, mediating, selling, influencing, consensus building, persuading, delegating authority, entertaining, and lobbying. These Interests often lead to work in marketing, advertising, training, therapy, consulting, teaching, law, and public relations.

People with yellow styles perform their job responsibilities in a manner that is orderly and planned to meet a known schedule. They prefer to work where things get done with a minimum of interpretation and unexpected change. People with a yellow style tend to be orderly, cautious, structured, loyal, systematic, solitary, methodical, and organized, and usually thrive in a research-oriented, predictable, established, controlled, measurable, orderly environment. Sounds boring eh? hmm…

You will want to choose a work environment or career path in which your style is welcomed and produces results.

I’m a choleric ~ if I don’t have anything to control, no activities I feel like I have no purpose in life. Yet God made me phlegmatic, and as much as I’d like to move it, move it! sitting back and relax is kinda fun too. It’s a dream, and a nightmare.

Yup, that’s the kind of conflicts I’m in right now. Very introverted. Very contrary. Very confusing. Imagine having the opposite needs everytime.

For example, early in the morning:-

choleric-ME: Wakey wakey up! It’s time to shower!!! The early birds gets the worms!!! Juicy, fat worms, and so many MANY to choose from! Giddy up!

phlegmatic-ME: yuck… don’t want yucky worms… 10 minutes more… please… Just another 10. Or 7. 5?

choleric-ME: Hey come on now! It’s Monday!

phlegmatic-ME: monday blues…

choleric-ME: (slap! slap! shake! shake!) Monday blues will only get to you if you let it! Now come on get up before I’l slap you some more!

phlegmatic_ME: alright alright! sheesshhh… so NOISY…

(stomp to shower)

On Sunday when I dont have anything to do, I wonder what everyone else was doing. All my other friends seem to be accompanied with other friends. I wish I’m right next door to my friends. Then I’d probably wouldn’t be so bored.

So, what did you guys do during the weekend? ~_~
